Sonia Ernst

As a Managing Partner, Sonia plays an integral role in developing and implementing the strategic goals of Cabot Wealth Management, Inc. Sonia places an emphasis on optimizing day-to-day efficiencies through internal controls and risk management within our highly regulated industry.  Sonia continually strives to implement technologies that provide Cabot with the ability to deliver high levels of service to their clients in the most effective, efficient and secure means available.  With over two decades at Cabot, her expertise lies across various business functions including operational workflows, trading, technology, budgeting, reporting, human resources, benefits administration, and general office management.  She is directly involved in policy, planning, and strategy decisions.  Project work requires Sonia to be a solutions-oriented problem solver and a creative out-of-the-box thinker. 

Sonia graduated from Bryant College (now Bryant University) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and a focus in Computer Information Systems. Her hobbies include gardening, puzzles and channeling her creative side by continually learning new crafting techniques. Fun fact: Sonia was selected by Cabot as their first scholarship award recipient back in 1995!
