Rob is the founder and managing partner of Cabot Wealth Management. He received his MBA degree in Investments and Finance from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Babson College. Rob has taken a strong interest in global research, particularly China and India, and emerging markets in general. Rob has contributed to CNBC and leading publications, such as Barron’s, Bloomberg and Reuters. In addition to his business pursuits, Rob serves an active role in many community organizations, including Chairman of Salem State University’s Board of Trustees, past Trustee of the National YMCA Retirement Fund, past Chairman of the Salem State Foundation and past Chair of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
Rob has also published his first book titled "Winding the Stem" which can be found on Amazon.com. The term "stemwinder" comes from the knob you use to wind a watch or a toy. Rob uses it for someone who comes to work each day and rewinds the spring of the business with new and exciting ideas to take advantage of new opportunities. The book aims to give advice and know-how to the novice investor. It is for anybody interested in business or investing.
